Refund policy

At Clayful Dreams Co, each pair of earrings is handmade with care. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@clayfuldreamsco.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
