- We'll review your request and email you within 2–3 business days with a quote and design details.
- Once your invoice is paid, we'll begin creating your one-of-a-kind earrings.
- Your handmade earrings will be carefully crafted and shipped directly to you.
- Please note: Because each custom piece is handmade, slight variations make every design truly unique.

- Most custom orders are completed within 1-2 weeks after payment is received.
- Production time may vary depending on design complexity and current order volume.
- If you need your earrings by a specific date, let us know before placing your order, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
